RETURNS POLICY

1. Order Changes

Any amendments or changes to an order must be requested within 48 hours of placing your order.

After this time, your order may have already entered production and changes cannot be guaranteed.


2. Customised & Branded Items

All items that are customised, printed, or branded (including logos) are classed as made to order.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, these items are exempt from cancellation and return rights.

This means:

  • Customised items are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been approved and sent into production
  • This applies to all garments printed with logos or business branding

By placing an order for customised items, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.


3. Non-Custom (Plain Stock) Items

For non-customised items only, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with UK consumer law.

  • You must notify us within this period if you wish to return an item
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us

Please note:

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Items must meet our return condition requirements (see section 5)

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of receipt.

In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:

  • A repair or replacement, or
  • A full refund where appropriate

We reserve the right to inspect and verify all reported faults before issuing a resolution.


5. Condition of Returned Goods

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn and undamaged
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • In a re-saleable condition
  • Free from stains, marks, odours (including deodorant or smoke)

Items that do not meet these standards may be refused or subject to a deduction in value.


6. Returning Goods

We strongly recommend returning items using a tracked or signed-for delivery service.

Clic Workwear cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit without proof of postage.

Return postage costs are non-refundable, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.


7. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us with:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

This must be done within the relevant return period to ensure your request can be processed.


8. Refund Processing

All returns are processed within 14 working days of receiving your item(s).

Once approved, refunds may take 3–10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size or item, please return eligible goods for a refund and place a new order.

Customised or branded items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.


IMPORTANT

Due to the nature of our production process, the majority of items produced by Clic Workwear are custom-made and therefore non-returnable.

We strongly advise checking all sizing, artwork, and order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
